By submitting the PostYourLead Affiliate Registration form, you, the affiliate, agree to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement.
Payment structure for leads:
PostYourLead will pay a pre-negotiated fee for every valid lead posted by you, the affiliate, under this program.
Program Terms:
- A valid and payable lead is defined as a lead that turns into an appointment for at least one contractor in our network.
- PostYourLead will provide access to reports enabling affiliates to monitor their leads.
- PostYourLead will send affiliate a final report of all valid leads on or about Tuesday of each week for leads received from the affiliate the prior week.
- PostYourLead will remit payment via Paypal or other agreed upon method on or about Friday of each week for valid leads received the prior week.
- All leads posted by affiliate must be exclusive and not shared with any other contractor or lead buyer.
- At its sole discretion, PostYourLead may stop any program with the affiliate.
- PostYourLead will not accept any leads coming from incentive program.
- Any duplicates or shared leads will be considered as a bad lead.
- This agreement may be paused at any time by either party.
- The affiliate represents and warrants that all leads supplied to PostYourLead will be from persons who have provided "prior express consent" to receive commercial telephone calls from one or more contractors regarding the service(s) they inquired about.
- The affiliate shall retain the records of each individual's "prior express consent” for a minimum of one (1) year following the lead submission to PostYourLeads and shall provide such records to PostYourLead within two (2) business days of request by PostYourLead. The consent records shall include, at a minimum, a screenshot of the communication in which the lead data was collected and the date and time stamp indicating the time that the lead data was collected.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and is hereby ratified and confirmed by the parties.
